Stuart J. Hollander, Esq.The late Stuart J. Hollander was the author of Saving the Family Cottage: A Guide to Succession Planning for your Cottage, Cabin, Camp or Vacation Home. He was a pioneer in his work with second home owners, coining the term "cottage law" to describe his niche practice of law. He was an attorney with his office in Leelanau County, Michigan, the heart of cottage country. Stuart drew on 20 years experience in real estate law, estate planning, business and tax law to write this book. David S. Fry is the successor to Stuart's law practice and the editor of the second edition published in January 2008. Stuart passed away in late August 2007, shortly after the release of his book.David S. In the last decade he has written about golfers, golf courses and the business of golf for titles including Golf World, The PGA Yearbook, Golf & Travel and Sport Business. His writing career for specialist magazines and national newspapers covers a range of other sports from tennis and rugby to American football and baseball. We are pleased to be U.S. distributor of his latest book, Golf on the Edge. Judith Huggins BalfeThe late Judith Huggins Balfe is the author of Passing It On: The Inheritance and Use of Summer Houses. She was a Professor of Sociology at City University of New York and the focus of her work was the sociology of the arts and culture.
